My legs are chilly this spring and this yarn (salvaged from the thrift store) reminds me of the colour of lichen. I knit these up quick and added an eyelet trim at the bottom to make them pretty.
I needed a lightweight, cotton hat for spring, and this pattern was really simple (I finished it in a day). I used less than a skein of Lion Brand Cotton Ease in lime, but I decided not to double the yarn throughout (only on the brim) as I wanted a light, fitted hat. Yay, spring!
